Deerfield Cabin is secluded yet 1 block from downtown Helen! We are truly in the center of the city. Come sit on our rocking chair front porch or huge patio, enjoy the firepit, play a game of cornhole or horseshoes. You can grill under our pavilion, keep your drinks cold in the fridge and eat at our custom made picnic table. You can listen to the subtle sounds of music and laughter while feeling secluded from it all or, walk a block and you can be right in the middle of it all! The best of both worlds. Park your car in the driveway and you won’t need it again until you leave. Everything is close, shopping, restaurants and bars with fabulous food or walk 2 blocks to Betty’s Country Store and pickup whatever you need, such a cool store to visit.So much to do and see just steps away.

First off this property owner has thought of everything. It is really the best stock house we have ever rented. So much information in the house for things to do. It was an easy walk to town for the young people but a really big hill for us older folks to climb. Of course the next to last day we were there we got the thrill to see the Mommy Bear and 2 cubs come thru the side yard and that evening as a friend was leaving another bear was in the driveway. Over all Nina is a wonderful host. Our visit couldn't be more perfect.

We had a small and very special family reunion at Deerfield. Couldn’t have found a better place! Cozy but roomy cabin with amenities like home, along with most any little thing you might need, from flashlights and umbrellas to tape and toothpicks. The yard is private and woodsy and spacious, and Helen shops and the Chattahoochee River are within walking distance. We hope to return with grandkids to tube the river again and catch lightening bugs in the backyard. Maybe we’ll see a deer or a groundhog again by the cabin! Thank you Nina for sharing your cabin and being an awesome host!

Our volleyball team had a bonding trip to Helen and this cabin was amazing!! Great location within walking distance to everything. Fully stocked kitchen and the pavilion is GREAT!! Our girls had a great time!! We plan to make this a yearly trip for our girls and will definitely book again. Thank you for opening your home to us!!

Everything was perfect! Like the other reviews said, she thought of everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was so cozy and the location was perfect!

The owner goes all out to make sure you have everything you could possibly need while there. This includes things you may not realize you need until there. I have stayed in many other homes where owners did not provide much of anything. She is very gracious.

This property is literally perfect in everyway for your stay in Helen. I'm seriously going to book it and only it anytime we come. Not only is it huge with tons of space, the owner has literally thought of everything single thing you might need during your stay. We had a wonderful time and really appreciate all the though the owner put into this wonderful home A+++
